We maintain consistent care from day one with onboarding, through the leave period with role coverage, and after the parent has returned to work with reintegration. During our entire time working with your team, we prioritize engaging the team each day of your workweek—not popping in for an occasional coaching or consulting session. Leona is a reliable presence, supporting everyone during every leave.

  • While a temp employee would  join your team when the parent goes on leave, Leona has already been with your team for weeks and can hit the ground running to cover the role.  Additionally, when the parent returns from leave, we remain present to steadily reintegrate them back onto the team, avoiding overwhelm for everyone.
